I am getting a truck load of steers ready to go to the feed lot. I made an agreement with a couple that works at the local auction to come help me give the steers their final shots and castrate 2 that were missed some how. All was agreed as to time, wages and the nature of the work to be done. At the starting time this morning I got a call on my cell phone from the folks saying they would not be coming. How can people do things like that and live with themselves? I worked the cattle alone but only got half of it done. Got to do the other half tomorrow alone too. The good thing is that my BP is much lower after a hard days work. -- RODEO RAMBLINGS
