Subject: It's easy to sit for me. I look at 70 miles south of us along the coast and the land is double what it is here. I look another 70 miles south of there and its triple. I figure in another 10 years, when I might be ready to retire, this land will be worth double what it is now. I just look at it as a retirement security.
