Sounds like the people we have down here. Had a pasture leased with a radio tower in it. There was half spanish scrub cow in that pasture with big horns that would run 200 feet just to catch you for the fun of it. I had a cow once that was, or looked like, one of those Mexican fighting bull's mama. She acted just like any other cow until she had her calf. When her calf was born you needed to stay horseback all the time arround her and she would still come at you. I cut her horns off thinking that would change her attitude but I was wrong. She wasn't a very good cow but I bred her to a really good Simmental bull and she'd have a black baldy calf that was always at the top of the list when I sold. (NT) -- ZD Ranch, 08:52:09 06/16/06 Fri
- That pasture was one of those with lots of mushrooms in the summer time. The stoneheads we would have problems with. One side had more mushrooms then some of the other cross pastures. So when that cow was in that side, she was kind of a security guard. (NT) -- Varmit, 15:33:56 06/16/06 Fri
