Subject: PRCA Board Meeting

Couple points to note from yesterday's PRCA Board Meeting:

1) WPRA members will now have to become PRCA members to compete at PRCA rodeos. Don't know any of the details, but it looks like PRCA will have its own WBR, & bypass WPRA totally.

2) Circuits will now be on a point system, rather than standings based on $$. The Circuit Presidents voted UNAMIMOUSLY at Pocatello to keep the $$ system. When this was brought up to the Commissioner, he said it doesn't matter because the Circuit Presidents have no votes on the Board.

3) There was a petition going around to remove a certain person from a high profile (power?) position. The rule allowing removal by petition was deleted from the rulebook. This was NOT a unanimous vote, but passed none the less.

Call your event rep and let them know they are idiots.
