Subject: Leroy Brown moves to Mississippi

Bright and early on Sat. morning Sandy got up and loaded up his bulls to go to Billy Bob's. He took Leroy Brown and 4 other bulls with him. As soon as he finished at Billy Bob's he loaded up and headed for Texarkana to the buckin' stock sale. It rained on him the whole way and he could only go 45 mph without hydroplaning. The sale was inside but the outside lots had to be used some and the bulls and horses were mostly wet when they bucked. Sandy didn't even get there until after daylight on Sunday and he and the bulls were tired.

Sandy sold one of his bulls for a big pile of money and my Leroy Brown sold right after Sandy's super star bull. It's a good thing too because I was very happy with the final results. Leroy brown now has 12 outs with only 1 ride and sold for enough to pay both Sandy and me well for the time we spent wtih him.

So if you see a dingy yellow bull from Mississippi with one bobbed off horn and a Z on his butt, on the TV please tape it for me. We had a lot of fun with Ol' Leroy Brown and wish him good luck at his new home

- No, I don't. I left about 4:30 and the bull sold about 6:00. Sandy didn't know either because they gave only buyers numbers. On another note though, I saw a horse sell that from the withers back was Appy and in the front was a Paint. He had a really nice face and head and not your typical Appy face. One of the guys here that produces the Ft. Worth Stockyards rodeo saw him too and had the same comments about him as me. Really nice buckin' horse and the strangest critter you ever saw.
