Subject: We are still hangin in there. Suppose they will run us out one day. Things have really slowed here lateley. All kinds of sub divisions started with road going into them and they can't sell any acres. But most are 4 to 5 acre plots. Equestrian centers they call them. Problem is they started about a zillion of them at the same time.

I can make a little feeding at this rate and I won't need the money until Fall. The subdivision near you won't go unfinished. Somebody else will come in and finish it after the guys that started it lost their butts. Actually, I'd guess that it was the bankers that lost the most on it. Are you still going to be running cattle when all of your neighbors are row houses on 150' X 150' lots? They are going to build a truck toll road paralell to Interstate 35.
