Subject: I am just guessing here.... but I bet it has something to do with Tuff and Donnie and the CBR counting their money toward the PRCA standings. I find it hard that a person who is sponsoring a couple of PBR events, plus wanting to try and make their tour, doing much good continuing on as a bull riding director. It will surprise me more to see his name on the elite tour rather then not see it. He is getting real close to 40 years old, about 20 months to go.
