im 13 years old and i want to get into break dancing, im pretty big for my age 150 pounds and 5'7'' or somewhere around there, i can bench 130 and squat 245. are there any stretches or exercises that i can do to help start this. also i can do all coordinated and that but i cant do a handstand, and exercises to help with that? just any advice or nething would help alot cuz im startin from scratch. reply back at emmit_smith100@hotmail.com plez
