You will find some guidelines below to help you use the board.

1)Finding topics that have been discussed.
a)You can find topics by scrolling down the page from thread to thread. b)Or by searching for a word on the message board. i)If you are using Netscape use the "Search or Edit" drop down menu. Then click on "Find in This Page". Finally type in the word or phrase you are looking for and click on "Find". ii)For Internet Explorer use the "Search or Edit" drop down menu. Then click on "Find on This Page". Finally type in the word or phrase you are looking for and click on "Find Next".
2)You can post or reply to a message in the usual message board fashion. No registration is required. However you do have to supply a name, but of course it can be fictitious so that you identity is not disclosed on the Internet. This is a public forum, so be careful about any specific info that is disclosed. You do not have to supply your email address, but it may be helpful if a responder wishes to contact you directly.
3)If you still have difficulty, there is a drop down window at the top of the page that has a wealth of information.
