Subject: OH-6 lost 12 January 1970

I'm trying to find out info about an action on 12 Jan 1970 where an A Troop OH-6 (Tail Number 67-16365) was lost near Tam Boi Mountain (UTM YD261068). A "command and control" UH-1H with door gunner Gary Headley picked up the crew of the OH-6 that had autorotated after being hit (apparently the OH-6 was later destroyed by friendly fire). I would like to find photos of the OH-6 and/or the UH-1H, crew names of both aircraft, and current status if possible, as well as any other photos or info on this particular battle/separate action. Thank you very much.
