i was in a troop 2 17 when lamson 917 was in progress about 1970 era and i got a photo of nearly 40 helicopters mostly hueys coming into quang tri. I NO LONGER HAVE IT . but i have a photo of a loach that was slung in on a huey that has a red stripe on the tailboom and no main rotor(for sling purposes) however it was taken to I THINK PHU BAI ? I think it is over 30 years old and in pretty good condition. Does anybody remember Mr green? was he actually promoted to 1 st lt?
