Subject: Looking for somone who served with Rick Philbin 1965-1966

I am looking for anyone that may have served with my brother. His name was Richard G. Philbin and was KIA 2-2-66 near Tuy Hoa. He was a ward of my parents from the age of seven and I was only 9 at the time of his death but we were still brothers, in fact he may have been known as Rick Bright to his friends. I would really like to hear from anyone that knew him or even if you were in country between 7/65 and 2/66.
