I would first like to thank all those who voted for me in the elections. I write to you all because it is now time to act on those promises made both by me and those who voted for me. This is not something I can do on my own. That calls for an effort from every one if we are to succeed. Teamwork and commitment is essential for our survival. This means that we all have to participate in matters of state. Together we must defend ourselves, together we can stand victorious against our enemies. If we cannot put our petty differences aside and work together, this fair and noble city will be overrunned with enemies. We can make this town legendary if we combine our efforts. We are going to make laws. To have an advanced city and civilization calls for a common code of conduct and behavior. These laws are going to be to the protection and welfare of our citizens. I will come back to this at a later date. First of all we are going to make at least two groups of prefects. These prefects will protect and take care of certain perimiter around the city.These are to serve as lawmen/enforcers/protectors of the Laws and wellbeing of our citizens. These gruops will contain citizens diveded up in when they play and approximately the same time zones so they can better work together. I already have had many citizens that are volunteering for this service. Please send me a message if you want to protect our fair city from PK's and lawbreakers. Please add when you play, how long you have played\experience, and which time zone you operate in and how often you play. Many have contacted me wanting to contribute money to our cause. Until we can find another solution you can leave them in my care. I will come back to you with more plans for our glorious future and what we use the donated money for. But to give you a general idea we are going to fund bounty hunters, our prefects and a future army. These funds will be used in the best interest of our town and its citizens.
