Your first decision is what to do about the RMI letter you will have received.

Remember if you believe you were sold UVC points on the basis of misrepresentations then you may wish to take legal action. This is particularly so if you bought on finance, irrespective of whether or not the finance agreement has finished. The Concerned Owners Group is currently working with solicitors to take a class action against Paragon and Welcome finance companies, and possibly some credit card companies. We are stil assessing options in respect of those who paid cash or set up their own finance deal. If you wish to benefit from legal advice see our website.

Although the RMI Infiniti Offer fails to say so (for whatever reason), the offer will be held open beyond two months for those contemplating legal action.
