"Resorts Internationsl" associated with Elizabeth Sinclair and Daniella Garza is probably a scam. They take your money to rent your vacation time share for lofty rental income for a one time fee. (tell them you will give them a fee triple to their one time fee for what they tell you your rental will fetch, and they will turn you down) They work and are recommended by the people who sell the time shares (in my situation, Occidental Vacation Club) and most likely give them a referral fee. In my example of one year listing, there was NO calls or rental offers of any sort and she initiallt told me a rental of $14,000 a year is likely (which I knew was not true), but then you reason even a 1/4 of that will be OK!
I called a few times to talk to Sinclair and was never put throught to her. They had inaccurate information regarding my rental time share and everytime offered to correct the information or add to it, etc. They put you in a que and according to them you cannot list your property for whatever amount you want and let the market decide who gets rented).
Stay away from this agency or anyone who reffers you to them. It is a scam to have you buy a time share and its people are shady at best.
