I sympathise with your views. I never had a problem taking the holidays I wanted but I had made sure at the outset I had bought sufficient points. I was also concerned that UVC points had been devalued for RCI exchanges and have done some work with John Barsby on this issue. It is one issue where I am sure we have grounds for improving the situation as it is, as far as I can see, a contractual matter clearly laid down in the Rules and Regulations. I understand the matter is still under consideration and may be resolved in a way which is generally of benefit. i use the last words advisedly as under the old 1st come 1st served some did very well (as I beleive I did) and others not so well.
