Subject: UVC

Hi,
I "stumbled" upon this site and read a few of the messages. I too am a very disgruntled and frustrated member. I reside in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. I've been trying to reach UVC this past week, have spent over 30 minutes in long distance calls and have yet to speak to a person.

I do have a question for all of you, has the American Resort Development Association been made aware of the concerns regarding UVC?
