Wearing the Hijab is a obligatory for Muslim women, and those who read the Qur'an should read its explanation too. The Qur'an mentions two places about the woman's dress code over the whole body (Surah al-Ahzab, verse 59), and the Hijab (Surah an-Nour, verse 31). In one part of Surah an-Nour, verse 31: '.... and not to show off their adornment except only which is apparent....' The interpreters of the Qur'an explained 'apparent' as a woman's face and hands. A woman doesn't have to cover her chin, but if she does, then it is good. In addition, she doesn't have to cover her forehead, but if she does, then it is good as well. You don't have to worry about the Hijab size as long as it covers the head and the neck and has enough length to be tied or wrapped in a way that prevents it from falling down. Please remember that the concept of Hijab is modesty and preservation of women�s dignity and avoid any exploitation of women as sex objects.
