Assalaam alaykum

I have a friend of mine who is rnning his business in a haram manner i.e. He is cheating his customers.Example He can put some water in the milk and tell the customes it is a pure milk or he can reduce some of the oil in the jerrycan and sell it as a full jerrycan an things like that.
But some other items he sell them in a halal way i.e. No cheating.
My question is: Is it halal to eat in his house? Or Is it halal to take money from him as a an aid or charity?what is the status of hi Zakat If he pays?
Your Brother

Assalam Alikom.

First you should advice your frind not to do that (cheating.,or mixing water with milk,..) and remind him with the punishment he will receive if he does not stop that, and Allah will not bless his mony or earning.
If he did not accept the advice, you shoud not take him as a friend rather to go and eat in his house.
About his (zakat), since his mony is ( halal and haram) mixed together,Allah will judge him ,Allah accepts charity only if it is (halal), but he still have to pay zakat .
Allah knows best.
