Can the Sunnah Prayers, Shaf'u and Witr, be prayed in congregation (with 2 or more people)?

Alaikum Assalamu Wa Rahmatullah.
You can do any extra prayer in Jama,ah ( congregation)(with 2 or more people),including the Shaf'u and Witr ,muslims they do Shaf'u and Witr Together during the month of Ramadan( in TARAWEEH Prayer),so you can do it any day,( sometimes).
