Alikom Assalaam.
Any secretion is considered as impure and invalidates WUDU,it must be washed off.
If this secretion is persistent,it should be treated as Istihadah( continuation of the running of the blood out of the woman either permanently or to be stoped for a very short period )or Salaas( Incontinence of urine,or involuntarily flow of urine.).A woman suffering from this must wash her private parts and perform WUDU for each SALAT(prayer).
