As salaam alaikoem,
Is it haram think bad or good things about people we now in ourselves? And is it haram to think about an other woman, who is not your wife?
Should we be punished for thinks what we are thinking?
Wa alaikoem salaam wa rahmatoellah wa barakatoeh

Alikom Assalaam.
First you should think good about people not bad, Allah ( S W T ) says:O ye who believe! avoid suspicion as much (as possible): for suspicion in some cases is a sin: and spy not on each other nor speak ill of each other behind their backs. Would any of you like to eat the flesh of his dead brother? Nay ye would abhor it...but fear Allah: for Allah is Oft-Returning Most Merciful.
The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:
"Avoid suspicion, for suspicion is the gravest lie in talk, and do not be inquisitive about one another and do not spy on one another, and do not turn one's back to each other, do not hate each other, and be servants to Allah and be brothers", narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim from Abu Hurairah.
And he (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) also said:
"O you people who believed with your tongue, and Iman has not yet entered your hearts, do not backbite the Muslims, and do not search for their weaknesses. For he who sought the Awras (the defects) of the Muslims Allah would follow his, and he whom Allah follows his Awra (defect), He would also expose him even in his own home", narrated by Ahmad from Abu Barza Al-Aslami.
You should not think about girls or women ,they are not a mahram to you,and you should not think about a woman she is not your wife, because this will lead to Zina, Allah ( S W T ) says:
O you who believe! Follow not the footsteps of Shaitân (Satan). And whosoever follows the footsteps of Shaitân (Satan), then, verily he commands Al-Fahshâ' [i.e. to commit indecency (illegal sexual intercourse, etc.)], and Al-Munkar [disbelief and polytheism (i.e. to do evil and wicked deeds; to speak or to do what is forbidden in Islâm, etc.)].
When such thoughts come to you, always seek refuge from Allah to keep the devilish thoughts away from your heart. You can train yourself and shield your heart from such thoughts by reading the QurÕan more often, by praying, by fasting, and by remembering Allah at all time. All these suggestions and any other good deeds you do for the sake of Allah will decrease the occurrence of such thoughts and will make you able to deal with them efficiently

O Allah! let my heart have light, and my sight have light, and my hearing (senses) have light, and let me have light on my right, and let me have light on my left, and let me have light above me, and have light under me, and have light in front of me, and have light behind me; and let me have light." (Bukhari, vol. 8. pp. 221, #329)
"Oh my Lord! Forgive my sins and my ignorance and my exceeding the limits (boundaries of righteousness) in all my deeds and what you know better than I. O Allah! Forgive my mistakes, those done intentionally or out of my ignorance or (without) or with seriousness, and I confess that all such mistakes are done by me. Oh Allah! Forgive my sins of the past and of the future which i did openly or secretly. You are the One who makes the things go before, and You are the One who delays them, and You are the Omnipotent." (Bukhari, vol. , pp. 271, #407)

Allah Knows Best.
