“Rasulullah (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam), said, ‘When any one of you prostrates, let him not go down as the camel does; let him put
his hands down before his knees.’” [Reported by Imaam Ahmad, Abu Dawud, at-Tirmidhi, and al-Nisai with a jayyid isnaad.] Waa’il ibn Hajar (Radhiallahu Án), who said: “I saw Rasulullah (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam), when he did Sujood, putting his
knees down before his hands, and when he got up he raised his hands before his knees.” [Reported by Abu Dawud, at-Tirmidhi, al-Nisai, Ibn Maajah and
al-Daaraqutni and Ibn al-Qayyim classified it as Sahih in Zaad al-Ma’aad]
Also shaikh Al-Albani thinks that a person should put his hands first on the ground when prostrating and shaikhs Bin Baz and Ibn Uthaymeen say knees first. So what is the correct way shaikh?
And my next question is: How a person should support himself when standing up to the next rakaah in prayer? To clench his fists the way boxers do and support himself on the ground or to support on ground or on your knees using palms of your hands (hands with stretched fingers similar when prostrating)?
Jazake Allahu hayra

ALHAMDLILLAH.
The Ulamaa has 2 opinion about going down to sujood, the 1st opinion says that we should first put our knees before our hands, and this opinion is supported by the hadeeth narrated from Waa’il ibn Hajar (Radhiallahu Án), who said: “I saw Rasulullah (Sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam), when he did Sujood, putting his knees down before his hands, and when he got up he raised his hands before his knees, and this what Ibn Al Qayyem supported in his great book ( ZAD AL MA,AAD).
The other opinion they adopt the hadeeth from Abu HURAYRAH (RAA) that the Prophet(PBUH) said : if one of you did sujood, he should not go down like the camel, and he should put his hand before putting his knees.
Ibn Al Qayyem(RAHEMAHOALLAH) said that the narrator of the last hadeeth was confused, because the bigining of the hadeeth contradict the end of the hadeeth, because the camel goes down by his hands first, and the the Prophet(PBUH) forbid us from doing sujood like a camel.
We should not fight about these points, but I believe that the first opinion is the most correct one.
Ibn Baz ( RAHEMAHOALLAH) said:To prostrate saying "Allahu Akbar" "Allah is Great". He should touch the ground with his knees before touching it with his hands, if that is possible to him. If not, he is permitted to touch the ground by his hand before his knees.
About your 2nd question ,the following is what Ibn Baz ( RAHEMAHOALLAH) said:Then the worshipper raises his head saying "Allahu Akbar" taking a pause similar to the pause between the two prostration; this is called "the pause for rest." It is recommended for the worshipper to do such a pause, but there is no sin if he desists from it. Then the worshipper rises up and stands supporting on his knees, or on the ground if he cannot support himself on the knees, reads the Fatihah (The opening Sura of the glorious Quran) and some other verses of the Quran and do as just as he did in the first Rakaah (unit of prayer).

ALLAH KNOWS BEST.
