Subject: Coordinating actions with other EU organisations

Dear Forum Members,

Following a contact I had today with CIAA, it is agreed that CEPS can participate in the meetings of the coalition of EU associations to coordinate lobbying actions against the GMO package. The next meeting will take place next week, 15 February, and someone from the Secretariat, Robby or myself, will attend (unless you prefer that a CEPS member wish to go and be rapporteur for CEPS on the issue?).

If you agree, I also think it would be good to start and work a little by this date on the CEPS position so that we ahve a clearer idea by this date and can bring some input at the meeting.

Best regards,
