I just want to caution everyone to beware of anything you read on the internet. People can post anything for a variety of reasons. The aforementioned scam makes interesting reading.

Les Henderson is a low life dirt bag, stealing money from people. Putting together extortion web sites like www.easybackgroundcheck.com and www.modelingscams.com
He claims to be a writer but he can't write to save his life.
Les Henderson hides out in Canada because he is wanted by the FBI for fraud and endangering the welfare of a minor.


Ed Magedson demanded over $50,000 from a company that is also suing him and the Rip-Off Report
Ed Magedson demanded $5,000 from a small business owner in return for a positive testimonial.
Complaint filed by an Arizona law firm that was victimized by the same Rip-Off Report extortion scheme.

EZBC.com (easy backround check) does not post any information about his self in fact he is anonymous. EZBC.com (easy backround check)can say anything he wants its a free country, but some of his postings are untruths and outright lies about the company Alpha Model Group.

If the negative content posted on his site wasn't all over the web in an attempt to hurt modeling agencies, then EZBC.com's (easy backround check) postings could easily be ignored but this post is a response to some of the negative comments on his site.

In EZBC's (easy backround check) posts he says that Jim Hammond is a cyberstalker,but in fact EZBC (easy backround Check)has stalked members of Alpha Model Group and left threatening phone messages on company phones.

This website is a place for anyone and everyone to post their complaints,problems and experiences about ezbc (easy backround Check). Please do submit and your thoughts will be posted. EZBC (easy backround Check) never posts anything positive about Alpha Model Group or any other Modeling Agency.

3.Contact your own Attorney general office in your state(my main focus)
4.Contact the Arizona attorney general office.
5.Contact puregig and prolexic technoloigies and keep a journal,record phone conversations,and send certified letters.
6.Contact Google,yahoo,msn,lycos,and netscape they all have abuse deparments,but since they get hundreds of e-mail a day make sure you contact other deparments with the same letter explaining your exact situation. Mainly,contact by phone.
7.Go for criminal not civil in this case. Both will be brought up.
8.Have fun,be honest and get your story out there.
9.Dont call ed. I did 5 times. Only way I could get correction in the libelous postings was to pay.
10.If you had a ripoff report on you being a child molester,crooked business person,or bad mom you would do the same thing.If you did a search on yourself or company and misleading,libelous,untruthful,hurtful,and just wrong info came up What would you do? Send a check to Ed when the complint is not about you or its misleading and wrong.
11.If ROR was a real advocate this would have been handled two and half years ago,but he could care less. Makes no difference unless you pay for the consume advocacy program.
12. Hope that ed,puregig, ,prolrxic,eccectric,excentric(arizona) sends you any correspondence. This will help you find out who is responsible for any loss of business,liable,or slander. Everyone tries to pass buck and stay hidden in this case. Any info is good info. Especially when all you are trying to do is get the truth out there. not trying to be extorted.
13.Lucky 13. In a short time i will have all recorded conversations on the web,but only after We get all things in place and admit them as evedince.
14.contact 5 companies that are on ror and they can take whatever action they seem fit.
15. Remember you did nothing wrong and explain that you lost $$$$$$$$ or your name has been slandered and advertised. Did you give permission for these companies to use your company name or personal name? Or you a public person or private? these are good arguments for any attorney.
16.The 1996 act does not cover their bases,but that will be the first thing you here.
PUREGIG AND PROLEXIC TECHNOLIGIES PROVIDE SERVICE TO ED MAGEDSON. This service is part of slanderous,liable, and illegal. They will not move unless you personaly serve papers to them. They try to run you in circles and keep bringing up the the 1996 act . They also will not tell you the exact relationship until papers are served. Why do they want to protect Ed?
17.St kitts is to make people run in circles like hy-cite. The judge ruled on jurisdiction not on the 1996 act.,but if service providers are in Usa than you can figure that one out.
18. i did this and it worked.
19. i got ror removed from google,yahoo,aol,netscape. just keep following up. If there was site that had crazy stuff on it. dont you think someone at these search engine companies have to remove or pull down sites that VIOLATE THEIR OWN TERMS OF SERVICES!
20.I saw a company successfully serve ed. They did this through a llc in arizona I will put up this name later.
21. The only success i had was going to search engines and to ed service providers. One provides the bandwidth and the other services his servers. do not fall for a customer of a customer line.
22.Hammer on the T.O.S (TERMS OF SERVICE PROVISION IN ALL INTERNET COMPANIES) Look at date of post and see if they are in violation of their own policy.Than why do they have this policy which is clear and broad if they have protection
