I don't think one needs to know more than what you've outlined...but a lot of people want to know,1. Where am I supposed to be at the top. 2. How am I supposed to be when I finish. 3. How to properly release....as you can see, these are things that are not causes, but effects and most people mistake them for causes...and on and on...the real challenge is becoming educated to what is a fundamental and what is not...you've got it...hp
