I am aware of the NG comparisons. The comparison show the impact positions to be the same. Photos and videos that I've seen show they are close but not the same. For the majority of CG tour pros I have been able to see in appropriate detail, the right fore arm remains above the shaft line (though parallel) at impact.

I was not referring to impact in my post but to setup. A number of pros are, as I said, close to SA allignment (right forearm close to in line with shaft). At least as close as the person on the cover of the new NG magazine seems to be:-)

Also as I pointed out these tour pros have significant body rotation that is the antithesis of NG, IMA and HSS.

Perhaps you are responding to the title of my note vs the content. I put SA in '' for a reason. The reason being that SA allignment is not the only marker for most of the systems I have tried.

I would hesitate to make the generalization you seem to imply by "Single Axis Golfer". I have no knowledge of LPG and SPM. I also don't know what other 'systems' might be out there. I do know that the tenets of NG/IMA vs. HSS are sufficiently different that generalizations are difficult.

Peter
