This is a rather interesting definition--technically it's correct. But with all the smileys what I really meant to say was that he was being picky about something that when read literally (ie, according to it's dictionary definitions) was incorrect, but when read for meaning/intent was probably correct (or at least, could be correct).

It's pretty obvious that the right elbow never changes its distance from the right shoulder, the real point is something else... unfortunately, I see that argument continues later in the thread... :-(

I was hoping to get the discussion back on track and away from nitpicking over terminology, but I seem not to have succeeded :-(
