I agree the county needs to dump this cable company. I think Adelphia is a rip off. I had Direct TV and switched back to Adelphia. I will be switching back to direct TV myself. The county needs to stop spending our money on inferior productss and services. They want to create a transfer tax to sell your real estate but will not do the things it needs to do to become more frugal with our money.
Carroll County please spend our money like it was coming out of your own check book
