Family of 5 looking for affordable house to rent with option to buy. I am a single parent of six children and 4 remaining at home. I desire to own my home one day but cannot afford it at the time. I am currently living in an apartment and I desire to move into a house by the end of June 2004. I would like to live in the Maryland area-Kettering, Upper Marlboro, Bowie or District Heights. I prefer very few stairs within and outside the home. I have a son, Joshua with cerebral palsy, therefore he needs limited steps to go up and down. Thank You, Sylvia
