Hi Diane:

I am glad that you figued it out but I will go ahead and post some options for the other users.

If you will go to File Maintenance, Edit/Change Bond Types - you may go through and for each contract bond type, click on change bond type. Inside of your file is a check box that says non-renew. If you click this, it will mark the type as a non-renewed.

If you do not want the record marked until the job is finished, you may access the record through your regular bond browse, click on change bond and the same check box is on page two of your issuance screen. You may also turn this feature on there.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me.

Kim
