1) Go to The Search Tab.
2) Under the Quick Search Section Press "Search Principals"
3)Press "Print Search Results" in the upper left.
4)Select "User Defined Report" from the pull down Menu.
5)The Custom Reports Browse will appear. Press "New".
6)Enter a name for the Report i.e "Customer By City" and press "OK".
7)On the left side is a list of fields that you can place on your report. Go down to "Principal" and then press the "ADD" button. That field will now display on the right, these will be the fields that will appear on your report and in that order.
8) Press next Select "Define your own custom sort order"
9) The "Define Sort Order" button will appear. Press This button.
10)The Sort Designer will appear. Click the first field at top and select "City".
11)Now Click on the "Then By" and select "PBName"(This is the Principal Business name field)
12) Press "Ok" Then Click "Next"
13)Under First Break Level (City) Click on the "Group Identifier in Heading"
14) Press "OK"

You just created a user defined report and can now select this report by simply highlighting it and pressing select from the "Custom Reports" browse.
