\| 'lone fatale walks cautiously, ever turning 'round to glance o'er her shoulder. there t'was again, the deafening slap o' her shoe 'pon the pavement, and then the echo. the sound o' following footsteps, that stopped when she did. frame stoops, fingers closing 'round an empty glass object. bottle is thrown fiercely 'gainst the battered brick, green shards o' glass scattering following an ear-splitting crash. ah, what a feeble attempt... the echoes, the voices... following, whispering savagely into her ear... damn.. physique is sent into shudders, bright optics flicking wildly 'round in search o' her invisible stalker. spine is pressed 'gainst a wall, the only way to ensure that she was not followed. drip, drip, drip.. that awful, incessant drip pounded in her ears, sending a little whimper from vocals, hands covering facade momentarily, wishing t'would all just go away.. |\
