For those few moments, it felt as if the world had stopped turning.. She stood, drawn into his arms, into his kiss. Ah, how he made her feel like she was walking on air.. Once it came to an end, she withdrew and peered at him silently with those sapphire eyes.

If he were to have remembered the first time they met, it would recognize that unsatiable curiousity looming in their depths.. Was he hiding something from her? She could feel it.. A smile came across her lips before asking quietly, "Leon..? I know this ball is for your birthday, but.. I feel like it's for another purpose. Your parents.. They look so wonderful and kind, but their eyes hold scrutiny with each new face.. Are they looking for someone in particular?"
