((Hehehe...sneaking in a post...oh, won't be on at all tomorrow...going to Ottawa for this huge Band Festival with my Concert Band class...wish us luck! ^_^))

The silence that had struck him during their dance is broken, his attention averted to the pair -- his son and the young woman he had yet to meet. As she is introduced, something about her curtsy gives a slight puncture to his royal instinct, but he brushes it off with a true smile of kingly delight.

"Well met, my lady," he says politely, tucking one arm beneath him in such a gracious bow and gesture. "Truly, I am glad to finally meet the woman Leonius has told me so much about." He nods. "My family seems to have shirked their duties of introducing themselves," he adds, mischievously. "My name is Saxom, and my wife, Serenity." He motions with a hand towards the queen. "And Sadie Rose." A wink is thrown in the direction of his youngest child. "Whom should be heading off to bed soon, before falls asleep standing."
