Subject: Consensus on punishment for rapists!!

Rome, World leaders gathered here today for a NATO summit and it was announced that wide-spread rape occurances are getting worrying. The world leaders agreed and legislated a law to amputate the private parts of caught rapists. Glasgow police have been on alert to since Raja Harris was reported to have caused harm to some Scottish ladies. Glasgow police chief said ' we cannot wait to catch him and cut his **** off'.
