Any infantry unit, either side. See below.

Yes, you are exactly right.

Only caveat is that in series that use programmed learning,
not all scenarios permit concealment.

So concealment shouldn't be used in:

SL#1: The Guards Counterattack
Concealment introduced in SL#2

Alpha-0: Forced March - 0
Alpha-1: Forced March - 1
Alpha-2: Forced March - 2
Alpha-3: Forced March - 3
Beta-0: Hasty Assault - 0
Concealment introduced in Beta-1

Design-your-own can also specify that concealment is not
allowed, at the optiuon of the designer (or the two
players can choose to play that way).
