In another attempt to keep my opponents mouth from running, I have to get disagreements stopped before he has a chance to rant. So here goes my ?

In Hill 621, the Russian 6-2-8 reinforcements that arrive on turn 5 have a problem. Their is enough transport to carry everything except one 6-2-8 squad. So I figure this is a misprint and I should be able to add a lousy halftrack to transport the lone squad. My opponent disagrees.....mainly because he doesn't digest the rules and argues over everything. So........is this a misprint? Would an entire column of tanks travel 5 miles per hour to accommodate one squad on foot? Heck no. What do you say?
