Subject: Berker Unit movement

RULE 18.42

"A Berserk unit must charge the nearest (in hexes, not MF) enemy unit in its LOS during its movement & advance phase in attempt to destroy it in close combat"

So the question is as follows If the beserk unit has the MF to close with and destroy an enemy unit that puts the beserk unit in the same hex as the enemy unit can it occupy the same hex of the enemy unit in its movement phase??

The aruguement is that this rule says "enemy unit in its LOS during its MOVEMENT & advance phase in attempt to destroy it in close combat" Grid start is Map 1 S7 to T4 going through S6, T5, and into T4. Enemy unit occupies T4.
