No. Units may only rout if they have been fired upon
since the previous rout phase (usually means they are
DM), if they are not in suitable cover, or if they happen
to be adjacent to an enemy unit.

Good sumamry is in rule 13.46.

Remember ... broken units almost never will do what you
think would be convenient. Instead they act without your
control. Berserk units are a bit like that, too.
