That is a very interesting Past to say the least. I smoke on work breaks (I'm a waitress) but I think you would need to share the fact that you smoke with your spouse, family and friends to really claim to be a smoker.
I suspect a lot of people smoke like that and never let it be known. The fad fades before it becomes an additcion. After a month of smoking with the wait staff, hostesses and cooks, I feel like I'm just along for the ride.
Anyway, your story makes enjoyable reading.
