According to the polls, this is how the unit should be run. MAybe that was the ulterior motive but I didn't realize it. The unit wants one person to: make sure the unit is organized. This organization means that all weapons, shields are marked. All members must have passing costumes, and sashes. The captain should be up to date on rules, and be the one to talk to if you're new. They should make most of the battles, to vote at war council, and possibly arrange transport to save gas. They do not command on the field, statistics show that none of us can agree on how to fight, or where to go, or who, if anyone should lead. WHat happens on the field is sponateous, and individual. You make agreements out of battle with other units, like "we'll halp you with the feast, and I'll run that by my people." When the reave asks for Stormwind, you answer. It's not a hard job, just one that requires time. And the captain is the one who gets bossed around, trust me. I was the only one who wore the Tunic of Shame. You bastards. Ah well, you'll do a good job. If you don't, suggest somebody else to do it.
