Is Nixson coming back for the other crown? I think the deadline was last week, I just wonder if anyone we know was going to be there or if it is going to be newbies like usual? And there is nothing wrong with that - each pageant/diretor has different goals. Elmer is big on his girls being able to perform lots of community service. But, pageant directors orient judges. And that does not always mean that the "best" girl wins. Rankings eliminate that. I judged a pageant where I judged according to "best" and ranked according to what the director told us she was looking for in a titleholder.
