I don't think that this is true for these reasons. If there was no conspriacy then: Reports blaming Oswald could not have came out before the arrest, as they did not know it was his fault yet. Or...I could have came out before, as the interaional press responded quickly, and printed in the time between he was seen going in the theatre, and arrested. If there was a conspiracy then: The internation press would have known, and a conspiracy is a much hotter story than Oswalds arrest.
