Subject: Pickleweed Author: Dave (Ex Reckless) [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 08:51:54 06/26/02 Wed Dear fans of music/comedy/beer/boobs, PICKLEWEED play Solihull Arts Centre on Friday 28th June. Now I realise that Surplus are playing at Scruffy's, but please come see PICKLEWEED instead. This band have no shame at all, and I can guarentee these 5 pretty boy punk/metal/popster will definately drop their pants on stage. Their tunes are quite catchy, and this will be their warm up gig to the city centre. If you love Korn, New found glory and The Backstreet Boys, then you'll fucking love this band! The evening is free and there are loads of other bands playing too, but I can only remember three of them! About 5 others are playing. Its free (I believe) and there is a bar. Where is this remarkable gig I hear you cry! - It's in the courtyard of the Solihull Library by Touchwood.
