Hi, Chukles.

I suggest you download a VQF player, or download a VQF plug-in if you like playing VQF file in Winamp.
You can check out the VQF player at:
http://www.vqf.com/software.php3

The quality of VQF is similar to MP3 so I include the VQF file links in this site and mark the links in gold color. Also, it is easy to convert VQF to WAV format with the Kjofol 0.51 VQF player.
