It worked perfectly for me when I got the third ping to line up with "Jupiter".

If you start Echoes from the beginning of the track at the exact time the sentence "It's origin - and purpose - still a total mystery" is uttered, it works so that the third ping comes up with "Jupiter". But it's a lot easier just to get the third ping with "Jupiter".
