Anger, Sadness, Disillusionment, Depression, Loneliness are just a few of the emotions we can experience when grieving over the loss of a loved one. One minute feeling okay and the next in tears. An emotional roller coaster that is quite natural as we wait for time to ease the pain. Each person deals with the loss of a loved one in their own way. With this message board we wish to share grief, share tears, share a smile and share hope as we struggle with the pain of loss.
