Maybe the AVR itself is not making a good contact when it's sitting in the IRD.They say if you place a credit card on top of the AVR and place both in IRD it may help or even a strip or two of duct tape on top of AVR to make a snug connection.Hope it helps,Also if you are repling to my messages try keeping them all together in one post.
