Subject: please help

when i put my avr 5 into my reciver ,it only works for maybe 15 mins ,then i get a message that reads "theres is a problem with your reciver "call the bell express vu number they have on the screen ,any ideas on what is wrong and what i can do to fix it

when i put the card in without the avr it works great
